The TLE 4271-2 is a 5-V low-dropout fixed-voltage regulator with a maximum input voltage of 42 V (65 V, ≤ 400 ms).
The TLE 4271-2 is a 5‑V low‑drop fixed‑voltage regulator designed for automotive electronics. It offers an output voltage tolerance of less than ±2 %, integrated over‑temperature, reverse‑polarity, overload, short‑circuit and over‑voltage protection, and a watchdog circuit with reset output.
