This document mainly introduces the features and characteristics of TLP141G photocoupler, including rated voltage, current, temperature, etc., which is a photocoupler suitable for surface mounting.
The TLP141G is a miniature surface‑mount photocoupler that combines a gallium‑arsenide infrared LED with a photo‑thyristor. It is supplied in a small outline package and is intended for general electronics applications such as computers, office equipment and industrial robotics.
The device is rated for a peak off‑state voltage of 400 V, on‑state current up to 150 mA, and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. Absolute maximum ratings include a forward current of 50 mA and a peak forward voltage of 400 V. Recommended operating conditions specify a supply voltage up to 120 Vac, forward current 15‑25 mA, and operating temperature from –25 °C to 85 °C.
