AD7656-1/AD7657-1/AD7658-1 is a 250 kSPS, 6-channel, simultaneous sampling, bipolar, 16-/14-/12-bit ADC.
The AD7656‑1, AD7657‑1 and AD7658‑1 are reduced‑decoupling, pin‑compatible versions of the AD7656/AD7657/AD7658 family. Each device contains six simultaneous‑sampling SAR ADCs with selectable bipolar input ranges and high‑speed parallel and serial interfaces.
Key features include 250 kSPS throughput, on‑chip 2.5 V reference, low power consumption (140 mW in operational mode) and a compact 64‑lead LQFP package.
