Marktech Low Current 3mm LEDs are a series of LEDs produced by Marktech company. They have the characteristics of low current, high efficiency and super bright.
The MT4093 series are low‑current 3 mm LEDs optimized for low DC current operation and compatible with CMOS and TTL logic. Available in green, high‑efficiency red, ultra‑bright red, and yellow, they offer excellent brightness at 2 mA.
