About this manual

The HA-5102 (dual) and HA-5104 (quad) are general‑purpose, low‑noise operational amplifiers fabricated with Intersil's high‑frequency DI process. They are suited for audio amplifiers, active filters, instrumentation and signal‑conditioning circuits.

Key electrical characteristics include an 8 MHz bandwidth, 3 V/µs slew rate, 4.3 nV/√Hz input noise at 1 kHz, 0.5 mV offset voltage, 15 mA output current and typical supply current of 3 mA. Devices are offered in 8‑lead CERDIP, 14‑lead CERDIP and 16‑lead SOIC packages and operate from –55 °C to 125 °C (HA‑5102) or –40 °C to 85 °C (HA‑5104).
