The HI‑504X/HI‑505X family of CMOS analog switches offers low ON resistance and high current capability (up to 80 mA) for analog voltages up to the supply rails. The devices feature break‑before‑make switching, TTL/CMOS compatibility, and very low leakage currents (0.8 nA at 25 °C).
