About this manual

The HA‑2400, HA‑2404 and HA‑2405 are four‑channel, PRAM programmable amplifiers that allow electronic selection of any channel to a single output stage. They feature high gain (150 kV/V), high input impedance, low offset voltage and current, and do not require external compensation for closed‑loop gains above 10.

The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, electrical specifications, pinout diagrams, typical application circuits and performance curves. Key parameters include a 40 MHz gain‑bandwidth product, 30 V/µs slew rate, supply voltage ranges up to +20 V, and operating temperature ranges from –55 °C to 125 °C.
