AT90CAN32/64/128 series is a high-performance, low-power AVR® 8-bit microcontroller from ST Microelectronics, with 32 general purpose working registers, 32K/64K/128K bytes of in-system reprogrammable flash, and 1K/2K/4K bytes of EEPROM.
The AT90CAN32/64/128 family are low‑power 8‑bit AVR microcontrollers with an integrated CAN 2.0A/B controller, up to 16 MHz operation and a rich set of peripherals including multiple timers, UARTs, SPI, JTAG, and an 8‑channel 10‑bit ADC. They offer flash memory sizes of 32 KB, 64 KB or 128 KB, EEPROM from 1 KB to 4 KB and SRAM up to 4 KB, plus 53 programmable I/O lines.
The datasheet provides a complete block diagram, pin‑out for TQFP and QFN packages, detailed descriptions of each I/O port, and extensive electrical characteristics such as operating voltage (2.7‑5.5 V), temperature range (‑40 °C to +85 °C), and maximum CAN bus speed of 1 Mbit/s. It also covers boot‑loader support, programming methods (ISP, parallel, JTAG) and power‑saving modes.
