About this manual

The ADMTV202 is a highly integrated CMOS single‑chip low‑IF tuner for digital mobile TV. It combines dual RF inputs (UHF 470‑806 MHz, VHF 90‑222 MHz), on‑chip LNAs, RF PGA, mixer, band‑pass filter, IF PGA, VCO and fractional‑N PLL, delivering over 120 dB gain control range and an ultra‑low noise figure under 2 dB.

Targeted at portable applications such as mobile TV phones, PDAs, car navigation and USB‑based TV receivers, the device operates from a 1.8 V core and 2.8 V I/O supply, consumes only 67‑71 mW (1/3 seg.) and requires just 7RLC components plus a crystal for UHF operation. It is offered in a compact 2.14 mm × 2.09 mm WLCSP package with a height of ≤0.4 mm and uses a standard I²C serial bus interface.
