About this manual

The ADF7020 is a low‑power, highly integrated FSK/ASK/OOK transceiver designed for license‑free ISM bands (433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz) and the Japanese RFID band at 950 MHz. It supports multiple modulation schemes, including GFSK, MSK, and GMSK, and meets ETSI‑300‑220, FCC Part 15, and Chinese SRD regulations.

Key features include a programmable output power range of –16 dBm to +13 dBm in 0.3 dB steps, on‑chip VCO with fractional‑N PLL, integrated 7‑bit ADC and temperature sensor, low‑IF receiver architecture, and automatic frequency‑control loop. The device operates from 2.3 V to 3.6 V and offers low current consumption (19 mA Rx, 26.8 mA Tx at 10 dBm).
