ANALOG DEVICES AD5626 handbook

The AD5626 is a 12-bit nanoDAC digital-to-analog converter with a serial interface, available in MSOP and LFCSP packages. It features a complete voltage output with an internal reference, operates on a single 5V supply, and does not require external components.
