ADuC7124/ADuC7126 is a precision analog microcontroller with 12-bit analog I/O, large memory and ARM7TDMI MCU with enhanced IRQ handler.
The ADuC7124 and ADuC7126 are fully integrated 12‑bit analog microcontrollers that combine high‑performance multichannel ADCs, a 16‑bit/32‑bit ARM7TDMI core, on‑chip Flash/EE memory, DACs, and a range of digital peripherals on a single chip. They operate from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and are specified for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
Key features include up to 1 MSPS sampling rate, up to 16 ADC channels, two UARTs with 16‑byte FIFOs, two SPI channels, up to 40 GPIOs, a 16‑bit PWM, on‑chip voltage reference, temperature sensor, comparator, and a programmable logic array. Power consumption is 11.6 mA at 5 MHz and 33.3 mA at 41.78 MHz in active mode.
| ADC Resolution | 12 Bits |
|---|---|

The device provides a 1 MSPS (1 million samples per second) multichannel ADC.
Two UART channels are provided, each with a 16‑byte FIFO for input and output.
It uses an ARM7TDMI core with a 16‑bit/32‑bit RISC architecture, delivering up to 41 MIPS of performance.
Active mode draws 11.6 mA at 5 MHz and 33.3 mA at 41.78 MHz.
