About this manual

The AD1362 provides a complete, precision 16‑channel (or 8‑channel differential) data acquisition system. It integrates two 8‑channel multiplexers, a differential amplifier, a high‑speed sample‑and‑hold with output buffer, channel address latches and control logic. The device can operate in either single‑ended or differential mode without external wiring changes, allowing mixed‑mode operation.

The part is intended to be used with a high‑speed, precision analog‑to‑digital converter. It offers low power dissipation, low noise, high input impedance (10 GΩ) and 70 dB common‑mode rejection. Variants AD1362KD and AD1362SD cover military temperature ranges from 0 °C to +70 °C and –55 °C to +125 °C respectively.
