ANALOG DEVICES AD10678 datasheet

AD10678 is a 16-bit, high performance, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with 80-msps sample rate and 80-dbfs signal-to-noise ratio. It is suitable for applications that require increased snr levels. A single analog input and pecl sampling clock and 3.3v and 5v power supplies are required.
