The AD9520-3 is a 12‑output LVPECL/24‑CMOS clock generator that includes an on‑chip VCO tunable from 1.72 GHz to 2.25 GHz. It supports external 3.3 V/5 V VCO/VCXO up to 2.4 GHz, offers differential or single‑ended reference inputs, and provides programmable output dividers, zero‑delay operation, and digital or analog lock detection.
The device is supplied from a single 3.3 V rail (3.135 V – 3.465 V) and is available in a 64‑lead LFCSP package. It operates over the industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C and includes an EEPROM for non‑volatile configuration storage.
