About this manual

The AD7265 is a dual, 12‑bit, 3‑channel successive‑approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply and provides up to 1 MSPS throughput. It includes two ADCs each preceded by a 3‑channel multiplexer and a low‑noise track‑and‑hold amplifier capable of handling input frequencies above 30 MHz.

The datasheet provides functional block diagrams, pin‑out tables, timing specifications, absolute maximum ratings, and detailed electrical characteristics such as resolution, power consumption, reference options, and package dimensions. Ordering information for LFCSP and TQFP packages is also included.
