About this manual

The AD8351 is a low‑cost differential amplifier designed for RF and IF applications up to 2.2 GHz. Its gain can be set from 0 dB to 26 dB with a single external resistor, and it offers a nominal 150 Ω differential output impedance, low noise (2.7 nV/√Hz) and low harmonic distortion.

Typical applications include differential ADC drivers, single‑ended‑to‑differential conversion, IF sampling receivers and RF/IF gain blocks. The device is supplied in a 10‑lead MSOP package and operates from 3 V to 5.5 V over a –40 °C to +85 °C temperature range.
