The ADL5330 is a high performance 10 MHz to 3 GHz voltage-controlled amplifier/attenuator that provides a wide gain-control range of ±34 dB to +22 dB. The device features 50 Ω input and output impedances, single-ended or differential operation, and is suitable for use in RF and IF transmit and receive power control applications.
The ADL5330 is a high‑performance voltage‑controlled variable gain amplifier/attenuator covering 10 MHz to 3 GHz. It provides a wide gain‑control range of up to 60 dB, linear‑in‑dB gain control (20 mV/dB), and supports both single‑ended and differential operation.
The device is supplied from a single 4.75 V‑5.25 V rail, draws only 250 µA in power‑down, and is offered in a 24‑lead 4 mm × 4 mm Pb‑free LFCSP_VQ package that operates from –40 °C to +85 °C. An evaluation board and ordering guide are included.
