The DS1847 is a temperature-controlled nonvolatile (NV) variable resistor produced by Texas Instruments. It consists of two 256-position linear variable resistors. The device can access temperature data and device control via a 2-wire serial bus, and it operates from 3V or 5V supplies. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +95°C, and the packaging types are 14-pin TSSOP and 16-ball CSBGA.
