This document mainly introduces the features and characteristics of the TOS9200 series electrical safety testers, including withstanding voltage testers, insulation resistance testers, and earth continuity testers.
The TOS9200 Series includes the TOS9200, TOS9201, TOS9220, TOS9221, TOS6200, TOS7200 and related models. These instruments perform AC/DC withstanding voltage, insulation resistance, and earth continuity tests to meet international safety standards such as IEC, EN, VDE, BS, UL, CSA and JIS.
Key features include rise‑time and fall‑time control, offset cancel, voltage hold, memory and program functions, as well as remote operation via GPIB or RS‑232C. Optional accessories such as remote control boxes and high‑voltage test leads are listed with dimensions and voltage ratings.
| Output‑voltage range | 0.05 kV to 5.00 kV |
|---|---|
| Maximum rated load | 500 VA |
| Output‑voltage accuracy | +(1.5 % of setting + 20 V) |
| Current measurement range | 0.00 mA to 110 mA |
| Test‑time setting range | 0.3 s to 999 s |
