Press the Reset button (a small hole on the back) for more than 5 seconds while the device is powered on; the router will restore factory defaults.
The LAN indicator may stay off if the Ethernet cable is faulty or if the computer’s network card or PCI slot is not functioning properly; check the cable and the PC’s hardware.
