Press the Reset hole on the back of the device: unplug power, hold the Reset button, plug power back in, and release after 5‑10 seconds.
The LAN LED may stay off if the Ethernet cable or the computer’s network card is faulty; check the cable and the PC’s NIC.
The default username and password are both "admin" and the default LAN IP is 192.168.1.1.
