The DES-3028/52 series are managed Layer 2 Fast Ethernet switches offering 24 or 48 Fast Ethernet ports with optional PoE, four Gigabit uplink combo ports, and extensive security and traffic‑control functions. They provide rich L2 features such as VLAN stacking, link aggregation, QoS, and advanced ACLs, making them suitable for entry‑level network deployments.
Management is supported via a web‑based GUI, CLI, SNMP, RADIUS/TACACS+, and D‑View 6.0 network management system. Additional capabilities include cable diagnostics, DHCP snooping, IGMP/MLD snooping, and D‑Link Single IP Management for centralized configuration of multiple devices.
