About this manual

The MAX1823 is a dual USB switch with an auto‑reset feature that latches off the switch on a short‑circuit and restarts when the fault is cleared. Each channel can supply up to 720 mA and meets USB power specifications while consuming only 50 µA (both switches on) and 3 µA in standby.

The device includes built‑in thermal overload protection, undervoltage‑lockout (UVLO), and individual fault indicator outputs (FAULTA, FAULTB). Electrical characteristics such as supply voltage range, on‑resistance, and turn‑on/off delays are provided for proper PCB layout and reliable operation in portable applications. This manual is written in Japanese.
