This manual describes the features of the RTC series cylinders, including interfaces, connection mounting components, supplementary products, sensors, connecting cables, T-slot nuts and industrial buffers.
The RTC series rodless cylinders are offered in three variants – RTC‑BV, RTC‑CG and RTC‑HD – covering bore sizes from Ø16 mm up to Ø80 mm and featuring magnetic pistons, integrated guide rods and adjustable pneumatic cushioning. Each variant is available with basic, compact or heavy‑duty versions and can be combined with Easy‑2‑Combine mounting components.
Technical data include a working pressure range of 2 bar to 8 bar, environmental and medium temperature limits of –10 °C to +60 °C, and requirements for dry, oil‑free compressed air. Materials are aluminium with anodised finishes, polyurethane seals and stainless‑steel guide rails. Detailed tables list piston forces, maximum speeds, cushioning energy and weight for each bore size. This manual is written in Chinese.
