The TISP7015 is a three-terminal overvoltage protector designed to protect signal, data, and control lines from overvoltage. It has low capacitance and stable voltage protection characteristics, suitable for applications such as ISDN, T1/E1, RS232, and RS485.
The TISP7015 overvoltage protector limits surge voltages on signal, data and control lines using a bidirectional thyristor structure. It clamps overvoltages until the breakover level is reached, then conducts a low‑voltage on‑state to safely divert current, and turns off when the current falls below the holding level.
The device is supplied in an 8‑pin D008 plastic small‑outline (SO) package, with low capacitance (40 pF max) and specifications that meet IEC 61000‑4‑5, ITU‑T K.20/45/21 and Telcordia GR‑1089‑CORE surge waveforms. Terminals marked NC have no internal connection and may be left floating.
