SYBR® Green Realtime PCR Master Mix Instructions for Use, suitable for SYBR® Green Ⅰ incorporation assay using cDNA and DNA samples, can obtain good reproducibility results.
The SYBR® Green Realtime PCR Master Mix (code QPK-201, QPK-201T) is a 2× concentrated master mix developed on Taq DNA polymerase. It contains all components needed for SYBR Green I detection except primers and sample DNA, and is compatible with most real‑time PCR instruments such as Roche LightCycler™ and Applied Biosystems ABI PRISM®.
The manual includes sections on product composition, required additional reagents and equipment, detailed preparation and cycling protocols, a troubleshooting FAQ, and a list of related products. Storage, handling, and safety notes are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
