The Gaoyuan PLC supersonic drainage nozzles balance airflow inside the blast pipe, ensuring vertical injection of compressed air into the filter bag center and reducing resistance at the blast holes. This improves the An/Ap ratio up to 1.5, enhancing pulse valve cleaning performance.
Installation requires drilling a Ø22 mm hole for 1" pipes or Ø26 mm for 1.5" pipes, positioning the O‑ring as shown, and mounting the nozzle at the recommended height H = (filter bag diameter Ø - 48)/0.353 mm. The nozzles are made of PA‑6 and operate within –40 °C to 80 °C. This manual is written in Chinese.
