About this manual

The KTY83-1 series are silicon temperature sensors with a positive temperature coefficient of resistance. They are supplied in an SOD68 (DO‑34) package and are available with tolerances of 0.5% or special selections on request.

The data sheet lists detailed electrical characteristics such as resistance values at 25 °C, temperature coefficients, rated temperature range (‑55 °C to +175 °C), recommended operating current (1 mA for temperatures above 100 °C), and thermal time constants. Several tables give ambient‑temperature versus resistance data for each part number in the series.
