This document introduces the features and characteristics of DS1005 5-Tap Silicon Delay Line, including the structure, function and application scenarios.

The DS1004 is a 5-tap all silicon delay line with precise delays and high reliability. It is capable of providing 2, 3, 4, or 5 ns delays with stability across temperature and voltage variations. The product features a CMOS design with TTL compatibility, making it suitable for use in various environments.

This document describes the features and characteristics of Power-One's S Series 100 Watt DC-DC Converters, including rugged electrical and mechanical design, fully isolated outputs, and wide input voltage ranges.

The DS1000 series delay lines have five equally spaced taps providing delays from 4 ns to 500 ns. These devices are offered in a standard 14-pin DIP that is pin-compatible with hybrid delay lines. Alternatively, 8-pin DIPs and surface mount packages are available to save PC board area. Low cost and superior reliability over hybrid technology is achieved by the combination of a 100% silicon delay line and industry standard DIP and SOIC packaging. In order to maintain complete pin compatibility, DIP packages are available with hybrid lead configurations. The DS1000 series delay lines provide a nominal accuracy of ±5% or ±2 ns, whichever is greater. The DS1000 5-Tap Silicon Delay Line reproduces the input logic state at the output after a fixed delay as specified by the extension of the part number after the dash. The DS1000 is designed to reproduce both leading and trailing edges with equal precision. Each tap is capable of driving up to ten 74LS loads. Dallas Semiconductor can provide custom delays to meet specific application requirements.

ispLSI® 1024EA is a high density programmable logic device from Infineon with 4000 PLD gates and 48 I/O pins, supports IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan testing, and can be programmed in-system.

ispLSI ® 1024/883 is a high-density PLD with 4000 PLD gates, 48 I/O pins, six dedicated inputs, 144 registers, and can be used for fast counters, state machines, address decoders, etc.

W78E58 is an 8-bit microcontroller that is functionally compatible with W78C58, except that the mask ROM is replaced by a flash EEPROM with a size of 32 KB. To facilitate programming and verification, the flash EEPROM inside the W78E58 allows the program memory to be programmed and read electronically. Once the code is confirmed, the user can protect the code for security. The W78E58 microcontroller supplies a wider frequency range than most 8-bit microcontrollers on the market. It is functionally compatible with the industry-standard 80C52 microcontroller series, except that one extra 4-bit bit-addressable I/O port(Port 4) and two additional external interrupts (INT2 , INT3 ). The W78E58 contains four 8-bit bi-directional and bit-addressable I/O ports, three 16-bit timer/counters, and a serial port. These peripherals are supported by a eight-source, two-level interrupt capability. There are 256 bytes of RAM and an 32 KB flash EEPROM for application programs. The W78E58 microcontroller has two power reduction modes, idle mode and power-down mode, both of which are software selectable. The idle mode turns off the processor clock but allows for continued peripheral operation. The power-down mode stops the crystal oscillator for minimum power consumption. The external clock can be stopped at any time and in any state without affecting the processor.

The W78E54B 8-bit microcontroller is 8051 compatible and has low power consumption and a wider frequency range.
