This document describes the features and characteristics of the smallest mains voltage halogen lamp in the OSRAM HALOPIN COMPACT HAL M-M series, including UV filter, safety fuse, and average life time.

The document describes a plug component from PHOENIX CONTACT GmbH & Co. KG with a nominal current of 20A and nominal voltage of 400V.

The DS1073M/Z series is a frequency generator produced by Texas Instruments. It uses a single chip programmable prescaler and a programmable divider to achieve a frequency range of 27.3kHz to 100MHz, and no external components are required.

The DS1050 is a programmable, 5-bit pulse-width modulator featuring a 2-wire addressable controlled interface. The DS1050 operates from power supplies ranging from 2.7V up to 5.5V. The PWM output provides a signal that swings from 0V to VCC. The DS1050 requires a typical operating current of 50mA and a programmable shutdown supply current of 1mA. Four standard PWM output frequencies are offered and include 1kHz, 5kHz, 10kHz, and 25kHz. The 2-wire addressable interface allows operation of multiple devices on a single 2-wire bus and provides compatibility with other Dallas Semiconductor 2-wire devices such as real-time clocks (RTCs), digital thermometers, and digital potentiometers.

The DS1045 is a programmable silicon delay line with one input and two 4-bit programmable delay outputs. Each 4-bit programmable output offers the user 16 possible delay values to select from, starting with a minimum inherent DS1045 delay of 9ns and a maximum achievable delay in the standard DS1045 family of 84ns. The standard DS1045 product line provides the user with three devices having uniform delay increments of 3, 4 and 5ns, depending on the device. Table 1 presents standard device family and delay capability. Additionally, custom delay increments are available for special order through Dallas Semiconductor. The DS1045 is TTL and CMOS-compatible and capable of driving ten 74LS-type loads. The output produced by the DS1045 is both leading and trailing edge accurate.

DS1044 is Dallas Semiconductor's fastest 4-in-1 delay line, with four independent logic buffered delays in a single package. The device is available in a standard 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SOIC package. The device features precise leading and trailing edge accuracies. It has the inherent reliability of an all-silicon delay line solution. The DS1044's nominal tolerance is ±1.5ns and an additional tolerance over temperature and voltage of ±1.0ns for the faster delays. Each output is capable of driving up to 10 LS loads. Standard delay values are indicated in Table 1.

The DS1040 Pulse Generator is a user-programmable one-shot with a choice of five precise pulse widths. Maximum widths range from 50 ns to 500 ns; increments range from 2.5 ns to 100 ns. For maximum flexibility in applications such as magneto-optical read/write disk laser power control, varieties are offered with equal and unequal increments. The DS1040 is offered in standard 8-pin DIPs and 8-pin mini-SOICs. Low cost and superior reliability over hybrid technology are achieved by the combination of a 100% CMOS silicon design and industry standard packaging. The DS1040 series of pulse generators provide a nominal width accuracy of ±5% or ±2 ns, whichever is greater. In response to the rising edge of the input (trigger) pulse, the DS1040 produces an output pulse with a width determined by the logic states of the three programming pins.

The document introduces the characteristics of the DS1035 series products, including three independent logic buffered delays and accurate pin descriptions.

The document is about DS1075-IND EconOscillator/Divider. It is a fixed-frequency oscillator that requires no external components for operation. It can achieve multiple operating frequencies in the range of approximately 30kHz to 100MHz through the use of an on-chip programmable prescaler and divider.

Three independent buffered delays, with precise leading and trailing edge accuracies

DS1020 Programmable 8-Bit Silicon Delay Line

The DS1013 series of delay lines has three independent logic buffered delays in a single package. The devices provide stable and precise delays over a range of temperatures and voltages. They are economical, low-power, auto-insertable, and available in various pin configurations.

The DS1012 is a 2-in-1 sub-miniature silicon delay line with features such as low power consumption, multiple input/output options, and high precision delay.

The DS1007 7-in-1 Silicon Delay Line is an all-silicon time delay with 7 independent buffered delays and a delay tolerance of ±2 ns. It can be custom set between 3 ns and 10 ns and between 9 ns and 40 ns. It is economical, auto-insertable, low profile, surface mount 16-pin SOIC, low-power CMOS, TTL/CMOS-compatible, and vapor phase, IR and wave solderable. Custom specifications are available and quick turn prototypes are available.
