The SLD234VL is a high power index-guided AlGaAs laser diode produced by Sony. It has the characteristics of high power, low power consumption, low astigmatism and small package. It is suitable for optical disc pickups and other applications.

The SLD1324ZT is a gain-guided, high-power laser diode with 1W red visible output. The flat package with built-in TE cooler is adopted and fine tuning of wavelength is possible by controlling the laser chip temperature.

SLD1231VL is a short wavelength high power laser diode developed by Sony and mainly used for next-generation high density magneto-optical discs.

The SLD1135VS is a 650nm index-guided red laser diode from Sony with small astigmatism (7µm typical), small package (φ5.6mm), single longitudinal mode and low operating voltage (2.5V Max). It is mainly used in laser pointers.

The SLD1134VL is a pulsation red laser diode designed for DVD systems, featuring low noise and a standard package. It is suitable for DVD applications.

The SLD1131VS is an index-guided red laser diode with small astigmatism and high-speed pulse response.

The SLD1121VS is a red laser diode designed for bar code readers and measuring instruments. This features a small package and lower power consumption.

The SLD10 series is a non-isolated DC/DC converter that provides two independently regulated low-voltage outputs from a single 3.3V or 5V input. Each output can provide up to 6A of output current and has an independent feedback loop and trim function. These converters are highly efficient, require minimal space, and have flexible load distribution, making them ideal for powering ASICs.

The product is a Schottky diode, model SLD 10U, with a maximum peak power of 2200 watts and a maximum peak pulse power of 50,000 watts. It is used for protection of sensitive electronic devices in automotive systems.

SLD105VL is a GaAlAs laser diode from Sony that is designed for CD. This product has low current consumption and a small package size, making it suitable for portable CD pickup applications.

This document describes the SLD104AV, a low noise GaAlAs laser diode developed for CD players. It features high temperature operation, low noise, and a small package size.

SLD104AU is an AlGaAs laser diode developed by Sony. The device features low power consumption, single power supply, low noise, and microminiaturized package.

The SLD series is specifically designed for automotive applications, available in both unidirectional and bidirectional. The SLD 10U is designed to be used in series, for example three 10Us in series for a 30 volt working; this configuration will provide a very high power (a multiple of 3) capability and is a far superior solution than using devices in parallel, which will require closely matched devices in order to prevent ‘current hogging’ and consequently, damage to the device.

S1A-S1M is a 1.0A surface mount glass passivated rectifier produced by Won-Top Electronics. It has glass passivated die construction, low voltage drop, high overload capability, low power loss, built-in strain relief, plastic case material with UL 94V-O flammability rating.

S1AL THRU S1ML 1.0 AMP. Surface Mount Rectifiers are glass passivated junction chips for surface mounted applications. It features low power loss and high efficiency, and is ideal for automated placement and high temperature soldering (260oC / 10 seconds).
