This document is the user manual for the Unidata Model 6509 Water Level Instrument, describing the features and functionality of the product.

SN74ALVCH162244 is a 16-bit buffer/driver in the Texas Instruments Widebus family. It uses the Enhanced Performance Implanted CMOS (EPIC) submicron process, and the output ports have equivalent 26-ohm series resistors, so no external resistors are required.

TLP251 is a bipolar transistor with a current rating of 3mA and a voltage rating of 4.5V.

SN54AHCT16541 and SN74AHCT16541 are 16-bit buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs. They are fabricated using the EPIC (Enhanced-Performance Implanted CMOS) process, and the inputs are TTL-voltage compatible. Distributed VCC and GND pins minimize high-speed switching noise, and the flow-through architecture optimizes PCB layout. The latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17. Package options include plastic shrink small-outline (DL), thin shrink small-outline (DGG), and thin very small-outline (DGV) packages, as well as a 380-mil fine-pitch ceramic flat (WD) package with 25-mil center-to-center spacings. The devices consist of two 8-bit sections with separate output-enable signals. The outputs of each section are active only when both output-enable inputs are low. If either output-enable input is high, the outputs of that section are in the high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, the output-enable signals should be tied to VCC through pullup resistors, with the minimum value determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. The SN54AHCT16541 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, while the SN74AHCT16541 is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.

SN54ABT853, SN74ABT853 are 8-bit to 9-bit parity bus transceivers with high reliability, low power consumption, ESD protection, and high-drive outputs.

SN65HVD50-SN65HVD55 SN65HVD56-SN65HVD59 are TI's RS-485 drivers and receivers with 1/8 unit load option supporting up to 256 nodes on the bus. This product has 15 kV HBM bus pin ESD protection, optional driver output transition time, low current standby mode (< 1 μA), glitch-free power-up and power-down bus I/Os, bus idle, open, and short circuit failsafe protection, meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI TIA/EIA-485-A and RS-422 compatible standards.

TLP250F is a Schottky diode that features low leakage current, high reverse recovery time, high breakdown voltage and low forward voltage drop

The BD47xx series is a reset IC that was developed to prevent system errors at transient state when the power of CPU or logic circuit switches ON/OFF or momentary shut down.

SMV2390L-LF is a low cost high performance VCO produced by Z-Communications, Inc. The frequency range is 2290 - 2485 MHz, the tuning voltage is 0-4 Vdc, the output power is -93 dBm, the load impedance is 50 ohms, and the input capacitance is 50 pF.

TLP250(INV) is a photocoupler suitable for gate driving circuit of IGBT or power MOS FET. It consists of a GaAlAs light emitting diode and an integrated photodetector. It has features such as input threshold current, supply current, supply voltage, output current, and switching time.

SML60J35 is an N-channel enhancement mode high voltage power MOSFET with faster switching speed, lower leakage, and 100% avalanche tested. It utilizes new technology to minimize the JFET effect, increase packing density, and reduce on-resistance.

TLP227GA/2 is a photocoupler and photo relay from Toshiba, which is suitable for telephone exchanges, integrated circuits, analog telephones, radio communications, computers and data processing equipment.
