The CLC5665 is a low-cost, wideband amplifier that provides very low 2nd and 3rd harmonic distortion at 1MHz (-89/-92dBc). The great slew rate of 1800V/µs, bandwidth of 90MHz (Av = +1) and fast disable make it an excellent choice for many high speed multiplexing applications. Like all current feedback op amps, the CLC5665 allows the frequency response to be optimized (or adjusted) by the selection of the feedback resistor. For demanding video applications, the 0.1dB bandwidth to 20MHz and differential gain/phase of 0.05%/0.05° make the CLC5665 the preferred component for broadcast quality NTSC and PAL video systems. The large voltage swing (28Vpp), continuous output current (85mA) and slew rate (1800V/µs) provide high-fidelity signal transmission.

The CLC5612 is a dual, low-cost, high-speed (90MHz) buffer which features user-programmable gains of +2, +1, and -1V/V. It offers 0.1dB gain flatness to 18MHz and differential gain and phase errors of 0.15% and 0.02°. These features are ideal for professional and consumer video applications.

The CHM1190 is a balanced Schottky diode mixer based on a six quarter wave ring structure. It could be use in receiver or transmitter part. This circuit is manufactured with the BES- MMIC process: 1 µm Schottky diode device, air bridges, via holes through the substrate, stepper lithography. An electrically identical chip with a mirror drawing versus de LO side is available under the part number CHM1191. These two MMICs could be helpful in a TX, RX architecture module. It is available in chip form.

CGY31 is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC amplifier) produced by Rohm & Haas of Germany. Its features include all-gold metallization, fully passivated chip, operating voltage range of 3 to 6V, 50 ohms input/output, input return loss greater than 10dB, gain of 18dB, low noise figure of 4dB, 3dB bandwidth of 2GHz, and hermetically sealed package.

The CAT24FC16 features a 16-byte page write buffer. The device operates via the I2C bus serial interface and is available in 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP, 8-pin MSOP and TDFN packages.

The CAT1026 and CAT1027 are complete memory and supervisory solutions for microcontroller-based systems. A 2k-bit serial EEPROM memory and a system power supervisor with brown-out protection are integrated together in low power CMOS techno– logy. Memory interface is via a 400kHz I2C bus. The CAT1026 and CAT1027 provide a precision VCC sense circuit with five reset threshold voltage options that support 5V, 3.3V and 3V systems. The power supply monitor and reset circuit protects memory and systems controllers during power up/down and against brownout conditions. If power supply voltages are out of normal range, a reset is triggered to protect the system. Reset voltage may be configured externally via an external pin.
