It has an international standard package JEDEC TO-240 AA, direct copper bonded Al2O3 - ceramic base plate, planar passivated chips, isolation voltage 3600 V~, UL registered, E 72873, gate-cathode twin pins, etc. It can be applied to DC motor control, soft start AC motor controller, lighting, heat and temperature control.

This document is a product manual from IXYS, which introduces the features and characteristics of the MCC 60-16io1 B model. The product features international standard packaging, direct copper bonded Al2O3-ceramic base plate, planar passivated chips, and isolation voltage of 3600V~. Applications include DC motor control, softstart AC motor controller, and light, heat, and temperature control. The product offers advantages such as space and weight savings, simple mounting with two screws, improved temperature and power cycling, and reduced protection circuits.

This document is the datasheet of MCC 56 MCD 56 419, a double thyristor/double diode module with ITRMS = 2x100 A, ITAVM = 2x64 A and VRRM = 800-1800 V.

The document describes the features and characteristics of Agilent's 8mm (0.31 inch) ultra mini seven segment displays. These displays have high light output, high peak current, and are excellent for long digit string multiplexing. They are compact in size with 8mm character height and a wide range of color options. The displays have a gray/black surface for optimum contrast and evenly lighted segments with mitered corners. They have a ± 50° viewing angle and can be configured as either common anode or common cathode, with a right hand decimal point. The displays are commonly used in appliances, temperature controllers, and digital panel meters.
