This product mainly contains 20mM Tris(pH 7.5), EDTA, NaCl and other components of the buffer system, which has been added with special non-ionic detergents and sodium pyrophosphate and other protein phosphatase inhibitors, which can dissolve the cells in non-denatured conditions and release cytoplasmic proteins and soluble membrane proteins and nuclear proteins. At the same time, the original protein-protein interaction and the properties and functions of the protein, such as antigen-antibody binding or enzymatic activity, are retained. Therefore, the protein extracted by this reagent is not only suitable for western blot, immunoprecipitation, but also suitable for protein activity function detection and immunoprecipitation. Since a variety of protein phosphatase inhibitors have been added, it is especially suitable for the immune co-precipitation or Western Blot study of phosphorylated proteins. Furthermore, some antibodies with high affinity for the natural conformation of proteins or antibodies that can only recognize the binding sites of non-denatured protein antigens should be used under non-denatured conditions to break down cells.
