This document describes the features and characteristics of a product named Rev. 4235G–8051–08/05. The product is 80C52 compatible and features six 8-bit I/O ports (64 pins or 68 pins versions) or four 8-bit I/O ports (44 pins version), three 16-bit timer/counters, 256 bytes scratch pad RAM, 9 interrupt sources with 4 priority levels. Additionally, the product includes an integrated power monitor, supports ISP (In-System Programming), and has a high-speed architecture.
This document describes the simplified block diagram and features of AVR Butterfly, including ATmega169 AVR microcontroller, 100-segment LCD display, 4Mbit Dataflash, 32kHz oscillator for RTC, 4-way directional button, light sensor, temperature sensor, speaker for sound generation, etc.
The AVR32 RISC microcontroller series is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller launched by Atmel, with high performance, low power consumption, rich peripheral interfaces and other features, suitable for embedded Linux, RTOS, real-time system and other applications.
The AT45DB081D is a 2.5V or 2.7V, serial-interface Flash memory ideally suited for a wide variety of digital voice-, image-, program code- and data-storage applications. The AT45DB081D supports RapidS serial interface for applications requiring very high speed operation.
The AT89S2051/S4051 is a low-voltage, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 2K/4K bytes of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash program memory. The device is manufactured using Atmel’s high-density nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry-standard MCS-51 instruction set. By combining a versatile 8-bit CPU with Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel AT89S2051/S4051 is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly-flexible and cost-effective solution to embedded control applications.
The AT45DB011B is a 1MB 2.7 volt only data flash ideally suited for a wide variety of digital voice, image, program code and data storage applications. Its 1,081,344 bits of memory are organized as 512 pages of 264 bytes each. In addition to the main memory, the AT45DB011B also contains one 264 byte SRAM data buffer. The buffer allows receiving of data while a page in the main memory is being reprogrammed. EEPROM emulation (bit or byte alterability) is easily handled with a self-contained three step Read-Modify-Write operation. Unlike conventional Flash memories that are accessed randomly with multiple address lines and a parallel interface, the DataFlash uses a single address line serial interface. The AT45DB011B supports single page and block erase operations.
The document introduces the features of ATtiny2313V and ATtiny2313 microcontrollers, including application scenarios, key parameters, power supply voltage, and working frequency.
AT24C1024B is a 1.048576-bit serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits each. Its device's cascadable feature allows up to four devices to share a common two-wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential. The device provides 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-lead EIAJ SOIC, 8-lead TSSOP, 8-ball dBGA2 and 8-lead Ultra Thin SAP packages to save space. In addition, the entire family provides 1.8V (1.8V to 3.6V) and 2.5V (2.5V to 5.5V) versions.
