About this manual

The DB101 is a graphical LCD module that demonstrates how to use an AVR® microcontroller to control a 128 × 64 pixel LCD with RGB backlight. It can serve as a human‑machine interface for other application boards and provides UART, SPI, TWI and RS232 communication interfaces with level converters.

The document covers the board description, power supply options (1.8 V‑5.5 V external or on‑board coin‑cell battery), hardware revision pins, schematics, bill of materials and programming/debugging interfaces such as JTAG and ISP.
