DTA114WE/DTA114WUA/DTA114WKA are digital transistors with built-in resistors from ROHM. They can be configured as inverter circuits without connecting external input resistors. The input is biased positively by completely isolated thin-film resistors, which eliminates parasitic effects.

The DTA114Y series PNP -100mA -50V Digital Transistors (Bias Resistor Built-in Transistors) have built-in bias resistors that enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see equivalent circuit).
