The MAX5182/MAX5185 are low-power, 10-bit dual-channel AD converters with low distortion and fast start-up times

The MAX5188/MAX5191 is a dual 8-bit, alternate-phase-update, current-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for superior performance in systems requiring analog signal reconstruction with low distortion and low-power operation.

The MAX5181/MAX5184 are 10-bit, current-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) designed for superior performance in signal reconstruction or arbitrary waveform generation applications requiring analog signal reconstruction with low distortion and low-power operation. The MAX5184 provides equal specifications, with on-chip precision resistors for voltage-output operation. The MAX5181/MAX5184 are designed for a 10pVs glitch operation to minimize unwanted spurious signal components at the output. An on-board 1.2V bandgap circuit provides a well-regulated, low-noise reference that can be disabled for external reference operation. The devices are designed to provide a high level of signal integrity for the least amount of power dissipation. They operate from a single 2.7V to 3.3V supply. Additionally, these DACs have three modes of operation: normal, low-power standby, and full shutdown, which provides the lowest possible power dissipation with a 1µA (max) shutdown current. A fast wake-up time (0.5µs) from standby mode to full DAC operation facilitates power conservation by activating the DAC only when required. The MAX5181/MAX5184 are available in 24-pin QSOP packages and are specified for the extended (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range. Additionally, the MAX5184 is also available in a 24-pin TQFN with exposed pad (EP) and is specified for the extended (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range. The MAX5885 is an advanced, 16-bit, 200Msps digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed to meet the demanding performance requirements of signal synthesis applications found in wireless base stations and other communications applications. Operating from a single 3.3V supply, this DAC offers exceptional dynamic performance such as 77dBc spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) at fOUT = 10MHz. The DAC supports update rates of 200Msps at a power dissipation of less than 200mW. The MAX5885 utilizes a current-steering architecture, which supports a full-scale output current range of 2mA to 20mA, and allows a differential output voltage swing between 0.1VP-P and 1VP-P. The MAX5858 dual, 10-bit, 300Msps digital-to-analog converter (DAC) provides superior dynamic performance in wideband communication systems. The MAX5858 integrates two 10-bit DAC cores, 2x/4x programmable digital interpolation filters, and a 1.24V reference. The MAX5858 supports single-ended and differential modes of operation. The MAX5858 dynamic performance is maintained over the entire power-supply operating range of 2.7V to 3.3V. The analog outputs support a compliance voltage of -1.0V to +1.25V.
