The SN75ALS170 and SN75ALS170A triple differential bus transceivers are monolithic integrated circuits designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. It is designed for balanced transmission lines and the driver meets ANSI Standards EIA/TIA-422-B and RS-485 and both the driver and receiver meet ITU Recommendation V.11. The SN75ALS170A is designed for FAST-20 SCSI and can transmit or receive data pulses as short as 30 ns with a maximum skew of 5 ns. The SN75ALS170 and SN75ALS170A provide three bidirectional transceivers, using high-performance low-power Schottky circuitry, designed for multipoint transmission on long bus lines in noisy environments.

The SN65LBC170 and SN75LBC170 are monolithic integrated circuits designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus-transmission lines. Potential applications include serial or parallel data transmission, cabled peripheral buses with twin axial, ribbon, or twisted-pair cabling. The UCC5614 is a terminal driver for SCSI interface released by TI company. It can provide 9 lines of termination for the SCSI bus and support hot-plugging. The maximum operating voltage of UCC5614 is 5.25V, and the minimum operating voltage is 2.7V. When disconnected, the supply current of UCC5614 is only 0.5μA. UCC5614 also has ultra-low channel capacitance, which can effectively suppress signal interference.

The UCC5606 is a 9-line active terminator that complies with SCSI, SCSI-2, and SPI-2 standards. It operates from 2.7V to 5.25V and has a channel capacitance of 1.8pF during disconnect. The supply current in disconnect mode is only 0.5µA. It meets SCSI hot plugging requirements and features programmable termination resistance, trimmed termination current and impedance, as well as current limit and thermal shutdown protection.
