This document is a user manual for a broadband up/downconverting mixer named ADRF6655. This mixer integrates a fractional-N PLL and VCO, and its frequency range is 100 MHz to 2500 MHz.
The ADRF6603 is a high dynamic range active mixer with integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The PLL/synthesizer uses a fractional-N PLL to generate a fLO input to the mixer. The reference input can be divided or multiplied by a configurable integer multiplier. This allows the frequency range to be from 2100 MHz to 2600 MHz.
The ADRF6601 is a 750 MHz to 1160 MHz Rx mixer with integrated fractional-N PLL and VCO. It offers high dynamic range and low single sideband noise, making it suitable for applications such as cellular base stations.
AD8343 is a high-performance broadband active mixer with wide bandwidth on all ports and very low intermodulation distortion, well suited for demanding transmit applications or complex receiver applications.
The AD8344 is a high performance, broadband active mixer. It is well suited for demanding receive-channel applications that require wide bandwidth on all ports and very low intermodulation distortion.
The AD8342 is a high performance, broadband active mixer. It is well suited for demanding receive-channel applications that require wide bandwidth on all ports and very low intermodulation.
The ADL5350 is a high linearity, up-and-down converting mixer capable of operating over a broad input frequency range. It is well suited for demanding cellular base station mixer designs that require high sensitivity and effective suppression of second-order harmonics.
ADL5357 is a 500 MHz to 1700 MHz balanced mixer with integrated LO buffer, IF amplifier, and RF balun. The device uses a highly linear, doubly balanced passive mixer core along with integrated RF and LO balancing circuitry to allow for single-ended operation. The ADL5357 also incorporates a high isolation SPDT LO input switch and supports single-supply operation (3.3 V to 5 V).
The ADL5355 is a 1200 MHz to 2500 MHz balanced mixer, LO buffer, IF amplifier and RF balun. It uses a highly linear, doubly balanced passive mixer core along with integrated RF and LO balancing circuitry to allow for single-ended operation. The ADL5355 incorporates high performance RF and LO switches with high isolation and low noise. It provides input IP3 up to 27 dBm, input P1dB up to 10.4 dBm, SSB noise figure of 9.2 dB and SSB noise figure with 5 dBm blocker of 20 dB. The ADL5355 operates from a single supply voltage of 3.3 V to 5 V and has 1500 V HBM/500 V FICDM ESD performance.
