SN54ABT543A, SN74ABT543A OCTAL REGISTERED TRANSCEIVERS WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS is a high-speed data converter with eight bidirectional channels launched by Texas Instruments (TI). SN54ABT540 is an octal buffer/driver with 3-state outputs. It features a state-of-the-art EPIC-ΙΙB BiCMOS design that significantly reduces power dissipation. The ESD protection exceeds 2000 V per MIL-STD-883 and 200 V using the machine model. It has latch-up performance that exceeds 500 mA per JEDEC standard JESD-17. The TPIC5403 is a monolithic gate-protected power DMOS array that consists of four independent electrically isolated N-channel enhancement-mode DMOS transistors. Each transistor features integrated high-current zener diodes to prevent gate damage in the event that an overstress condition occurs. These zener diodes also provide up to 4000V of ESD protection when tested using the human-body model of a 100pF capacitor in series with a 1.5kΩ resistor.

The PTN78020A is a series of high-efficiency buck-boost-integrated switching regulators (ISR), that represent the third generation in the evolution of high-performance power modules designed for industrial use. The wide-input voltage range makes these modules suitable for a variety of applications that operate off 12–V, 24–V, and tightly-regulated 28–V dc power. In new designs, they should be considered in place of the PT6640 and PT78NR100 series of single in-line pin (SIP) products. The PTN78020A is smaller and lighter than its predecessors.

This document introduces the TPS755xx family of 5A low dropout regulators, which includes four fixed voltage option regulators with integrated power-good (PG) and an adjustable voltage option regulator. These devices are capable of supplying 5A of output current with a dropout of 250mV (TPS75533). Therefore, the device is capable of performing a 3.3V to 2.5V conversion. At full load, quiescent current is 125µA and drops down to less than 1µA when the device is disabled. The TPS755xx is designed to have fast transient response for large load current changes.

The TPS6030x is a high-efficiency charge pump that converts a single-cell voltage to 3.0V/3.3V. It features a regulated 3V or 3.3V output voltage with up to 20mA output current. It is optimized for 1.2V battery voltage and achieves up to 90% power conversion efficiency. The product does not require an inductor and only needs five small 1uF ceramic capacitors to build a complete high-efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter.
