TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SN74BCT25240 25- OCTAL BUFFER/DRIVER WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS handbook

The SN74BCT25240 is a 25-Ω octal buffer/driver with 3-state outputs. It features state-of-the-art BiCMOS design that significantly reduces ICCZ. The ESD protection exceeds 2000V per MIL-STD-883C, Method 3015, and exceeds 200V using the machine model (C=200pF, R=0). It is designed to facilitate incident-wave switching for line impedances of 25Ω or greater. The distributed VCC and GND pins minimize noise generated by the simultaneous switching of outputs. This product is specifically designed to improve the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. It is capable of sinking 188mA IOL, which facilitates switching 25Ω transmission lines on the incident wave. When the output-enable (1OE and 2OE) inputs are low, the device transmits the inverted A-input data to the Y outputs. When 1OE and 2OE are high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. The SN74BCT25240 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TLV7211 TLV7211A CMOS COMPARATORS WITH RAIL-TO-RAIL INPUT AND PUSH-PULL OUTPUT

The TLV7211 and TLV7211A are micropower CMOS comparators available in the space-saving SOT-23-5 package. This makes the comparators ideal for space- and weight-critical designs. The TLV7211A features an input offset voltage of 5 mV, and the TLV7211 features an input offset voltage of 15 mV. The main benefits of the SOT-23-5 package are most apparent in small portable electronic devices, such as mobile phones, pagers, notebook computers, personal digital assistants, and PCMCIA cards. The rail-to-rail input voltage makes the TLV7211 or TLV7211A a good choice for sensor interfacing, such as light detector circuits, optical and magnetic sensors, and alarm and status circuits.

TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TLC220x TLC220xA TLC220xB TLC220xY Advanced LinCMOS LOW-NOISE PRECISION OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS Data Sheet1

The TLC220x, TLC220xA, TLC220xB, and TLC220xY are precision, low-noise operational amplifiers using Texas Instruments Advanced LinCMOS process. These devices combine the noise performance of the lowest-noise JFET amplifiers with the dc precision available previously only in bipolar amplifiers. The Advanced LinCMOS process uses silicon-gate technology to obtain input offset voltage stability with temperature and time that far exceeds that obtainable using metal-gate technology. In addition, this technology makes possible input impedance levels that meet or exceed levels offered by top-gate JFET and expensive dielectric-isolated devices. The combination of excellent dc and noise performance with a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative rail makes these devices an ideal choice for high-impedance, low-level signal-conditioning applications in either single-supply or split-supply.
