The TPS6030x is a high-efficiency charge pump that converts a single-cell voltage to 3.0V/3.3V. It features a regulated 3V or 3.3V output voltage with up to 20mA output current. It is optimized for 1.2V battery voltage and achieves up to 90% power conversion efficiency. The product does not require an inductor and only needs five small 1uF ceramic capacitors to build a complete high-efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter.
