The ISL28276 and ISL28476 are Dual and Quad channel micropower precision operational amplifiers optimized for single supply operation at 5V and can operate down to 2.4V. They feature an Input Range Enhancement Circuit (IREC) which enables both parts to maintain CMRR performance for input voltages equal to the positive and negative supply rails. The input signal is capable of swinging 0.5V above a 5.0V supply (0.25V for a 2.4V supply) and to within 10mV from ground. The output operation is rail to rail. The both parts draw minimal supply current while meeting excellent DC-accuracy, AC-performance, noise and output drive specifications. Offset current, voltage and current noise, slew rate, and gain-bandwidth product are all two to ten times better than other micropower op-amps with equivalent supply current ratings. The ISL28276 and ISL28476 can be operated from one lithium cell or two Ni-Cd batteries. The input range includes both positive and negative rail.

CA139, CA139A, CA239, CA339, LM339, LM2901, LM3302 Quad Voltage Comparators for Industrial, Commercial and Military Applications. The ISL6614B is a dual advanced synchronous rectified Buck MOSFET driver with pre-power-on overvoltage protection. It is designed to drive two channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified Buck converter topology. This driver, combined with HIP63xx or ISL65xx multi-phase Buck PWM controllers and N-Channel MOSFETs, provides complete core-voltage regulator solutions for advanced microprocessors. The ISL6614B features a 7V rising threshold and drives both the upper and lower gates simultaneously over a range from 5V to 12V. This drive voltage provides the flexibility necessary to optimize applications involving trade-offs between gate charge and conduction losses. The driver is optimized for POL DC/DC converters for IBA systems. It integrates advanced adaptive zero shoot-through protection to prevent both the upper and lower MOSFETs from conducting simultaneously and minimize dead time. These products also have an overvoltage protection feature that operates before VCC exceeds its turn-on threshold, at which point the PHASE node is connected to the gate of the low-side MOSFET (LGATE).
