This is a high-end smart power switch with load dump and reverse battery protection, negative voltage clamp at output, short-circuit protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, diagnostic feedback, open load detection, CMOS compatible input, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, ground loss and Vbb loss protection, overvoltage protection and other functions. It is suitable for 12V and 24V DC grounded loads of µC compatible power switch, and can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
