VIPer53 is the third generation of the Viper series and combines an enhanced current mode PWM controller with a high voltage MDMesh Power Mosfet. It features up to 300 kHz switching frequency, adjustable current limiting, soft start and shut down control, automatic burst mode, high voltage startup current source, over temperature protection, overload and short circuit control.
