Linear Technology LTC1440/LTC1441/LTC1442 Datasheet
The LTC1440/LTC1441/LTC1442 family are ultralow‑power comparators with built‑in reference voltages. They operate from a single 2 V to 11 V supply or a dual +1 V to +5.5 V supply, offer adjustable hysteresis, TTL/CMOS compatible outputs, and can continuously source up to 40 mA. The reference output can drive up to 0.01 µF without oscillation.
Available in 8‑pin PDIP, SO, MSOP and DFN packages, these devices are suited for battery‑powered system monitoring, threshold detectors, window comparators, and oscillator circuits. The document includes detailed electrical specifications, typical performance curves, and package dimensions.
