HTC LM39300/39301/39302 Low‑Dropout Regulator Datasheet
The LM39300/39301/39302 family are 3 A low‑voltage low‑dropout (LDO) linear regulators offered in TO‑263 and TO‑220 packages. They deliver fixed output voltages of 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V, with an adjustable version covering 1.25 V to 16 V. Typical dropout is 500 mV at full load, making them suitable for PC add‑in cards and battery‑powered systems.
Key features include 1 % initial accuracy, low ground current, current limiting, thermal shutdown, reversed‑battery and reversed‑leakage protection, and a TTL/CMOS‑compatible enable pin on the LM39301. The LM39301 also provides an open‑collector error‑flag output, while the LM39302 offers programmable output voltage.
